Sex is Sacred. Bringing spirituality into the bedroom
This is a topic I am so excited to bring into the mix on TerriDaviesTV. Whether you’re in a relationship or not, gay or straight – you’ll find something of interest in this conversation with Virginia Preston.
Virginia once told me that when she first discovered sexual and relationship tantra, she felt so inspired that she wanted to stand on a street corner in downtown Vancouver with a megaphone, “People of Vancouver, gather round! I have news…!”
If you’re like many people, you may have sensed that sexuality has the potential to be a powerful gateway into expanded states of consciousness – and the teachings of tantra confirm it! Virginia says, “Tantra can teach us how to relate to ourselves, our lovers, and sexuality in a totally new way. Experiences of bliss, ecstasy, communion and cosmic love are not only possible, but typical! in the world of tantric sexuality, as is healing, joy, and a new energy for living.”
Since meeting Virginia, I’ve had my own experiences with what she teaches, and I can wholeheartedly agree with her. Everything I thought I knew about sex has been turned upside down, and I am basking in the bliss of a juicy new combination in my life – sexuality and spirituality.
I am publishing this interview with Virginia because this information is FAR too valuable to keep to myself. It is my hope that you will listen to this conversation and be inspired to look further into the topic. It’s so worth it – believe me!
Some of the topics we discuss in this video:
- Tantric spirituality – access higher states of consciousness through the body
- The sacred union of Shiva and Shakti (energy polarity)
- Transfiguration – how to recognize the Divine feminine or masculine in ourselves and others
- Becoming multi-orgasmic and extending the peak state
